Michael Cammelleri has been cleared to play and will return to the Habs line up later tonight. Cammelleri missed the last 3 games due to a laceration to his leg suffered during the first period of play against the Winnipeg Jets on October 9th 2011. The Habs have not won a game in Cammeleri’s absence and are hoping that he will provide a spark, especially on the power play when the team faces off with the Pittsburgh Penguins later this evening.
With Cammelleri's insertion comes the demotion of Aaron Palushaj as he will be a healthy scratch for tonight’s game. Tonight’s matchup will also be significant as Hal Gill is set to play in his 1,000 NHL game and it’s against the very team that he won the Stanley cup with. The game can be seen on TSN regional and RDS with a start time of 7:00PM.
